We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unopened, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hei@nordicproduct.no. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Norway, it may take longer to ship the items than expected.

Injuries and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 3 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to also process and post the refund.
